INSTRUCTION AT GWE
GWE qualified
staff of instructors provided individual and group instruction. Each of
our baseball and softball experts is available to assist you in learning the
game's proper techniques and fundamentals on an individualized basis. The
guidance they provide will allow you to improve your game quickly and realize
your maximum potential. Our teaching philosophy is to give our players
our undivided attention each session and teach to the ability level of each person
to enhance skill development one session at a time.
GWE instructors are all certified, with many
years baseball or softball experience including MLB experience. Each instructor
is positive, knowledgeable, dedicated, and believes that with the right work
ethic, the right training, and the right information every athlete can reach
their full athletic potential.
Private & Group lessons are available in
Hitting, Pitching, Fielding, Outfield, Throwing, Base Running, Specialty
Position, and Catching. We focus on the fundamentals, mental make-up of the
player, and game situations. Video analysis and written evaluations are
provided to track a student's progress. Each player will be provided with
drills that can be done at home.

round professional baseball instruction. Our staff uses a uniform step-by-step
teaching system to encourage positive progress with all our students. The staff

players the drills and skills necessary to improve their defensive games. Learn
the proper mechanics of the fielding stance, footwork, balance and the
